Frequently Asked Questions
An AWG makes water from air! It is also a 3-in-1 machine. A water generator, air purifier and dehumidifier.
Humidity and a power source are the two required elements.
Minimum 30% humidity is needed and 60%-80% humidity is recommended for optimal water production. Production time and speed varies per machine and it is heavily affected by the level of humidity in the room.
The water produced is called AWG water. Nutrients are added in through customizable filters. AWG water also speeds up the release of zinc, lithium, iodine, selenium and other trace elements that our bodies need.
Calcium: Important for bone health, as well as heart, muscle, and nerve function.
Magnesium: Helps turn food into energy and is necessary for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body.
Sodium: Regulates blood pressure and volume, and supports nerve/muscle function.
Potassium: A type of electrolyte that is essential for muscle function and promotes healthy digestion.
The water produced is also cleaner than municipal water supply.
The personal wellbeing benefits of this machine are trifold. In general, our water tastes better and encourages higher water consumption amongst children and adults.
Cleans the air in the room – breathe cleaner air especially during a pandemic.
Reduces humidity – prevent mold build up in rooms, reduce musty smell, keep a moderate temperature in the room and reduce need for AC.
Generates the healthiest, purest tasting water – AWG water is nutrient rich with Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium.
Eliminate the need for single-use plastic and extensive supply chain related to production and sale of bottled water. Our machines can operate off solar power. Potentially live off the grid with an AWG.
Our residential water systems take up the same amount of energy as a regular water cooler or mini fridge. Also, decreases the amount of humidity in the air which allows your air conditioner to work more efficiently. Therefore, possibly reducing cost.
Machines require yearly or semi-annual filter change which is handled by WAIEA Water staff or licensed professionals for a fee. Maintenance packages are available and depend on the type of machine and how often you want to have your machine serviced. Maintenance is based on usage.
We recommend protecting your machine from the elements. We recommend an open space for the machine that allows for proper air flow. An enclosed space such as a closet is not recommended.
No need for plumbing or water source – just plug in and start producing water.
